The MFC Flatliner is an articulated streamer designed by Kelly Galloup and distinctively tied on its side to mimic an injured or dying baitfish. This horizontal profile, combined with the action from its dual marabou and flashabou tails, forces the fly to “jig” erratically as it’s stripped, driving predatory fish to strike.
