BH Woolly Bugger

The BH Woolly Bugger is one of the most versatile and productive streamer patterns ever created. Featuring a brass bead head for added weight and attraction, this fly sinks quickly into the strike zone while maintaining the lifelike movement that has made Woolly Buggers a staple in fly boxes around the world.

Designed to imitate a wide range of aquatic food sources, the BH Woolly Bugger can represent baitfish, leeches, crayfish, large nymphs, shrimp, drowning terrestrials, clamworms, and other subsurface forage. Its flowing marabou tail, flash accents, and natural swimming action consistently trigger aggressive strikes from trout, bass, steelhead, panfish, and other gamefish.

Whether dead drifted beneath an indicator, stripped through pools and lakes, swung across current seams, or trolled behind a float tube or boat, the BH Woolly Bugger remains one of the most dependable fish-catching patterns available.
